Holiday Surcharge: This is an additional charge that is incurred when services are specifically requested during recognized holidays. This fee acknowledges the higher demand for our services during these times, as well as the potential operational challenges that may arise due to staffing and resource availability during these peak periods.

Fuel Surcharge: This fee may be applied to account for fluctuations in fuel prices, as well as any additional mileage that exceeds the initial rated 15-mile range. Security Deposit: This charge may be required in order to guarantee service if requested from a location that is a long distance from the nearest fleet member.
